Lets Play POLITICS

Lets Play POLITICS...  some of you might be thinking that either I've gone mad, else I am studying too hard these days which is resulting in this stupid idea of playing politics..... but trust me I'm writing this in full sane mood and funny thing is playing this game  is a daily deal and most of us can become  fantastic politicians too. But before u all stop reading this politically motivated post lets just talk about politics.

What is Politics ? 

The problem with "politics" as a concept is that it has various versions/definitions. People have different ideas about what politics is.

Some even think that politics is what politicians do :p 

Mahatma Gandhi once observed that politics envelopes us like the coils of a snake and there is no other way but to wrestle with it. 

But we all are too cautious n averse of politics and we all say ohh c'mon I don't play politics. I am going to stay away from it. But this is a big big lie, and there is no escaping too.

We all are part of some or the other political system. We all are politicians, if not political than of some personal-politics :D So just don't deny playing it.

Don't we manipulate.

or try n populate. 

Our ideas and thoughts. 

Don't we try to inter-connect.

Just to feel good and great. 

or may be an attempt to dominate.

Don't we initiate intrigues.

Making groups, forging leagues. 

Deeply concerned n connected 

with our clique. 

Stupefied and lost 

in self-created mystique. 

Busy in pursuing personal interest.

We eat selectively 

prefer only what our

crafted mind can digest. 

We have our own agendas, 

templates and presets. 

Lets play politics

like we always do. And, 

Don't deny it.

coz, its true.

Knowingly, unknowingly 

We all are stained. 

Wrestling hard n we're strained. 

In homes, on roads 

everywhere we execute. 

These political codes.

We negotiate, we compromise

just like a political party do. 

So, 

Lets play politics

Collateral Damage

War gives you a horrible feeling that -"Winning a war is as disastrous as loosing one".

Results of a war are disastrous.. millions of lives gone and what left is generations of grief and sorrow. We grew up playing video games like "Medal of honors", "Call of duty", "Gears of war" and so many others. We enjoy them a lot but reality is far far away from fun or enjoyment. With war comes COLLATERAL DAMAGE. Poor lives of war-ridden areas will give you clear picture of what kind of damage war brings. 

Ernest Hemingway says -- "They wrote in the old days that it is sweet and fitting to die for one's country.  But in modern war there is nothing sweet nor fitting in your dying.  You will die like a dog for no good reason but Collateral Damage." 

Tanks, Snipers,
Armed Helicopters
Demolition Bombs, Rocket Launchers.
Shaking grounds, thumps of
marching platoons.
In reality it is scary
only looks good
in video games n cartoons.

Soldiers with body armors
moving in perfect line.
Chaos every where
an abominable lull
nothing looks benign.
Shattered homes,
pulverized lives,
lost n crushed hopes
malice and malign.

On the name of power shift,
political gains and orders.
They drop, catastrophe
on millions of lives of others.
Instructions conceived, designed
in an AC room.
To wreak havoc,
and spell of dooms.

Large populace of the world
living in refugee camps.
Dreadful lifestyle
voluntarily,
they were forced to attempt.
Babies in the belly, in the hands
fasting daily, a fashion
a forced trend.

No one is responsible
for the causalities
as each party is a sage.
Inculpable residents
enclosed in a
country-sized cage.
In this mayhem
they have no reservation
or a mark like Under-age.

Real masters are hiding
somewhere far away
undercover n backstage.
These poor, worthless
people are nothing but
Collateral Damage.

Just a Game ..

It's the game of life. Do I win or do I lose? One day they're gonna shut the game down. I gotta have as much fun and go around the board as many times as I can before it's my turn to leave- Tupac Shakur.

Be fun and enjoy this life as if  you are playing a game. Don't be a bore...... Enjoy it and have fun.

Disappointments, disturbances
are part of life
Diversions, distractions
all you strife
What matters, is how you
play this game
With endless hard disk
But, limited RAM

Ball is always
in your hands
your moves and mistakes
set the trends
they may turn
right or wrong
you may go
feeble or strong
Based on that
this game proceeds
So are your chances of
failure and succeed.

Its better to loose
the facts and counts
of impediments and hurdles
their roars and sounds
Inexorable they may be
Surely they'll be profound
But situations, do turn around
there's always a chance of
reboots and rebounds.

Crack your inertia
and spot that chance
its time to march on
ahead and advance
treachery and treason
can guise as friend
the toughest test of
self-prudence.

Defender, attacker
all roles, you have to play
there's no gate
to walk away
moves you choose
and the tracks you cruise
some can be new
others can be well-used.

What's ahead
no one knows
intelligence lies
in calm and compose
Let's play this game
with zero blemishes
and no-blames
Winning and loosing
ain't objects of shame
because,
It's just a game.
