Changes are like water, they drip and drop
In so many shapes and so many forms..
Changes, unnoticed changes
Gradual, not rapid but slow
I never really knew
When and how they seeped
Deep In to my skin
Methinks, I see mirror everyday
Hardly any change
Reflects back in my eyes
But I'm changed
In more ways than I can say
When it happened?
Many times walls in my room
Painted, repainted
Skyscrapers looming around my space
Built from nothing
Mighty tree next door dropped
Heaps of leaves
I've never seen them die out
Always on time
Unheeded, they come and go
When it all happens?
I guess I fail to notice
I wish to become like water
When changes being darted
Along my way
What's in it to notice?
To get it over with
Swiftly adapt.
You must be
shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the
cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour
water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash.
Become like water my friend.
~Bruce Lee
